Se così non fosse potresti togliere questa voce dalla chiave dal registro (l'ho trovata in rete):

Ho installato di nuovo il driver consigliato per leggere la mia tessera:SafeDive 2020 e Task manager non funziona...non ho trovato il modo di poterlo avviare o no.....e Id Protector Monitor non e' installato....quindi non lo so???? :(

Ho rinstallato il driver per leggere la mia tessera che e':Safe Dive 2020 e task manager non funziona....non riesco a trovare il modo per
non avviarlo....e la chiave Id Protect.....non c'e'... quindi quando ho bisogno della tessera installo e poi disistallo.... :(

Ok se hai il programma ancora aperto cerca questa voce (se invece lo hai chiuso basta che rifai i passaggi del mio messaggio precedente):
O4-32 - HKLM\..\Run: [IDProtect Monitor] = C:\Program Files (x86)\Athena\IDProtect Client\Utils\IDProtect Monitor.exe

In quel programma seleziona il quadratino vicino alla sua riga e premi il bottone "fix checked"
Riavvia il PC e dimmi se adesso il task manager funziona, poi ci sarà un ultimo passaggio

PS: non c'è bisogno di scrivere in rosso

adesso task manager funziona ma il lettore della tessera no......e Id protector monitor e' aperto...quindi che crea problemi e' l'installazione del driver per la tessera.... :(

allora rimetti il driver, riprova il task e dimmi l'esito.
Se è negativo manda un nuovo log dell'HijackThis (sarebbe il lungo elenco che hai incollato prima)

Adesso mi è più chiaro.
La voce da selezionare è questa:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SafeDiveCertMgm] = C:\WINDOWS\system32\stCNSUtil.dll stCNSUtil.dll,DeleteCertStore

La selezioni e premi "Fix Cheked"
Poi provi TaskManager e lettore (e ti segni cosa funziona e cosa no)
Poi riavvii e ri-provi TaskManager e lettore (e ti segni cosa funziona e cosa no)
Finiti i test mi scrivi gli esiti

provato adesso funziona sia Taskmanager che lettore tessera....grazie di nuovo e speriamo continui a funzionare....

comunque se riapri HikackThis e vai su "List of backups" dovresti avere il backup della chiave rimossa in caso di problemi.
Alle brutte reinstalli il driver e si dovrebbe ricreare
